GS Hydraulics was formed in 1972 by two gentlemen with a commitment to serving its customers better than any other fluid power distributors in their area of operation.  Over the years, many people have quipped that GS must mean “Good Service”.  Actually, it was Gardner and Stumbaugh who brought their initials and commitment to excellence to their fluid power distribution business.
