Construction: Vibratory Roller
This vibratory roller is used in many construction applications. The machine is subjected to a wide range of operating environments which present extreme conditions to the hydraulic and electronic controls.
GS Hydraulics improved machine performance and efficiency by implementing a hydraulic and electronic controls design that is compact yet efficient. A hydraulic fan drive is used with a CAN controller so the cooling fan operates independently from the engine RPM. The hydrostatic drive provides infinitely variable speed in forward and reverse with precision control to maximize machine productivity. Closed-loop pump control valves achieve critical neutral start and automatic brake release safety features.
A total machine control system can also include an electronic security token to prevent unauthorized use of the machine based upon user training and capability. Asset management features can be added that monitor engine hours, critical machine performance parameters, and provide crucial predictive and preventive maintenance information to the fleet manager.
