Performing maintenance for some of the world's largest mining machines can be a daunting task since the machines can weigh millions of pounds. This lifting equipment is highly specialized and requires precise and carefully coordinated movements.

Working closely with our customer’s design team, GS Hydraulics provides a compact, integrated hydraulic power unit with closed-loop hydraulic controls for this automated, coordinated lifting system. Extremely accurate position feedback and safety interlocks give the operator efficient and effective control of the critical operation. Combining state of the art electronic controls with a 10,000psi hydraulic system, configurable up to 16 lifting points, provides a precise and safe lift of any size load.
