Crushing aggregate requires a portable, flexible crusher with maximum productivity and efficiency. Space is often limited as crushing, screening, and conveying operations are bundled onto one truck chassis. Creating a hydraulic power unit and lubrication system to run these operations is a challenge conquered by GS Hydraulics.

To address space requirements and improve throughput, the hydraulic and lubrication systems were optimally sized for the required horsepower and mounted within the frame of the chassis. A compact, custom integrated circuit achieves desired functionality in less space. Vertically mounted pump/motor packages and in-tank filtration utilizes less space than traditional aggregate crushing systems. An automated industrial control system operates the crushers 24/7, in extreme environments, and around the globe.
